BIOGRAPHY

At 13 he began playing the guitar, electrified by one of Deep Purple’s old videos, while in his third year of clarinet studies with his teacher Gianluigi Bencivenga.
After a year of self-teaching, he had some lessons with Beppe Marano and then went on to study with jazz-musician Carmelo Tartamella.
At the moment he is in the third year of MCR (Master of Rock Guitar) with Professor Donato Begotti at the Sound Academy in Milan, where he also follows jazz seminars held by the great Bebo Ferra and has spent some time in recording studios (in the school-year 2005/2006 he also took part in a fingerstyle seminar with Professor Pietro Nobile).
In 2007 he attended a course for professional musicians in Cremona funded by Regione Lombardia.
From 2006 he has been teaching privately and from 2007 also at the music-school “Pontesound” in Cremona.
He started playing with Pandemonio – rock cover band/Deep Purple Tribute  in 2002.
From 2005 to 2007 he played with Nickmaria (rock cover band).
During this time, the cover band “Town” was born, whose style ranges from Giorgia to Toto.
After winning the competition “Pontesound contest”, the band decided to change to originals.
At the beginning of 2008 he became part of  The Zoo.

In March this year, he recorded two videos in the Sound Academy of “Get the funk out” (Extreme) and of “Anything for you” (Mr. Big).
